Initiate Your Request

Log into your Helloween account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
